Recently, the "China-Mongolia Digital Trade Service System for Animal Husbandry" has been officially listed as a key project of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Digital Economy Cooperation Office, marking significant progress in the project's efforts to serve national digital trade cooperation and integrate into the SCO framework. This system is a key infrastructure under the "Yan'an Cross-border Trade Trustworthy Data Space", dedicated to building a cross-border digital trade collaboration platform based on GEDIS (Global Electronic Data Interchange System) rules. By December 2025, the project achieved a major infrastructure breakthrough: a secure and compliant international communication network channel has been established between the Yan'an and Mongolian cooperation parks, initially possessing the capability for cross-border system deployment and data intercommunication, laying the network foundation for the cross-border trustworthy mapping of "physical assets - digital rights certificates". The project is operated by Yan'an Huayuan Zhongchuang Technology Co., Ltd., in collaboration with China Mobile, Alibaba Cloud International, and partner banks, to construct a cross-border trustworthy data chain based on "Digital Identity (DID) + Asset Identifier (CID)". This model enables Chinese and Mongolian enterprises to bind digital identities with physical assets, achieving a fully trusted trade cycle of "online evidence storage, on-chain settlement, and offline collaboration", providing a regulatory and replicable systematic solution for cross-border digital trade. This breakthrough is not only an important implementation of technical infrastructure but also an innovative practice of the "Digital Silk Road" in the cross-border animal husbandry sector.
