Recently, the "Design and Practice of a General Model for Cross border Digital Trade Services Based on the Law of Digital Energy Conversion" jointly developed by Chang'an University, Yan'an Digital Trade Cross border Service Center, and Xi'an Huayuan Group was featured in the "Motherland" magazine. This achievement has achieved a breakthrough in the practice of cross-border digital trade in animal husbandry between China and Mongolia, and for the first time, a cross-border digital asset circulation system denominated in RMB and driven by data elements has been constructed, effectively solving the problem of independent and controllable cross-border settlement.

The project put forward core theories such as "dumbbell model" and "law of data energy conversion", successfully implemented cross-border digital service practice, won the "most promising innovation award" of the National Data Bureau and the gold medal of the Geneva International Invention Exhibition, and was highly praised by ten ministries and commissions including the Research Center of the State Council and the China National Intellectual Property Administration. As a national benchmark project, it provides support for China's participation in the formulation of global digital trade rules and is a typical representative of implementing the "Digital China" strategy and cultivating new momentum in foreign trade. The team will continue to promote technology transformation and global applications, contributing Chinese wisdom to the development of the digital economy.
