2025-11-04

Under the guidance of the National Action Plan for the Development of Trusted Data Space (2024-2028), the "Yan'an Trusted Data Space for Service Trade" project was registered in Yan'an City on November 4, 2025, marking the official entry of cross-border digital service trade into a new stage of "trustworthy and controllable". This project is an important practice of the national trusted data space strategy being implemented locally, indicating the comprehensive opening of a new era of digital trade supported by the circulation of trusted data.

The project is based on the GEDIS standardized consensus rules as the core, building a highly trusted data circulation environment in the field of service trade, promoting the establishment of cross-border cooperation mechanisms and digital trade clearing systems, supporting participants to carry out efficient compliance cooperation with overseas CID digital assets based on DID digital identities, and gradually forming a cross-border trusted data space connecting domestic and foreign markets.

At the technical support level, the project collaborates with multiple technology companies and institutions such as China Mobile, Alibaba Cloud, DingTalk International Channel, and Zhejiang Commercial Bank to jointly build a full stack technical service system covering infrastructure, platform capabilities, and software applications, focusing on key aspects such as intelligent computing power, cross-border data flow, identity authentication, and trade clearing. This comprehensively consolidates the operational foundation of the new digital trade infrastructure.

This project will effectively reduce cross-border collaboration costs for enterprises, improve trade efficiency, assist domestic industries in integrating into the global digital supply chain, and drive the aggregation and capacity enhancement of digital industries in Yan'an and surrounding areas, creating a demonstration highland for digital openness and transformation in the western inland region.

In the future, the space will continue to improve and expand, and become a digital trade hub connecting domestic and foreign countries and radiating the "the Belt and Road", contributing an important force to the high-quality development of China's digital economy and the improvement of participation in global digital governance.
